Goldstone Realty Partners is the real estate brokerage division of Goldstone Consulting Group, LLC. Goldstone Realty Partners was created to provide real estate brokerage services for the company that has a need for additional facilities or a need to dispose of underutilized facilities. We also provide this same level of corporate services to the individual investor wanting quality real estate brokerage representation.

David Gaines

Goldstone Realty Partners is led by its Founder and Managing Broker, David Gaines.

Goldstone Realty Partners is led by its Founder and Managing Broker, David Gaines. Mr.Gaines is also the Managing Director of the parent company, Goldstone Consulting Group, LLC. He has an entrepreneurial history that includes the formation of several successful small businesses. In his leadership role at Goldstone Consulting Group he over sees the daily operations of the firm’s economic development and site selection services. He has also served in key leadership roles in two economic development agencies as well as a founding member and two-time Chairman of the Northeast Missouri Development Partnership,a 14-county regional economic development agency. Mr. Gaines has served over the years on several Board of Directors for community based non-profit educational and social service originations. In addition, he has also served in leadership roles as both a Board Member and a Chief Officer in two fire protection districts. He is married for more than 30 years to his wife, Dara and together they are the parents to seven wonderful children and grandparents to a an ever-growing number of grandchildren.
